Get Your Zen OnGet Your Zen On is a highly interactive workshop for anyone trying to juggle a career and a life.

Developed and taught by executive coach and trainer, Julie Maloney (MA, PCC, CPCC), this program can be run as a two-hour or a half-day session, for up to 30 participants. Julie -- a former corporate high-potential, an entrepreneur, a wife and a mother -- knows first-hand the impact of stress on performance and success. Her business specializes in working with high-potential leaders and highly-driven professionals, across multiple industries and organizations. She is a published author of two books on leadership, well-being and peak performance in business and life.


In this workshop, Julie will:
